Firefox, comfortable surfing

I have been using Internet many years and few are the times in which I saw a free and open solution giving, literally, a punch to Microsoft. It's normal that this happens when an application, so good, demonstrates better solutions than any other before to the everyday problem of navigation.
In a world of PCs and Internet Explorer, Firefox is a clear path to forget about the suffering of pop-ups, spyware and in general almost every other problem that usually we had with IE. In addition, it has support for extensions that allow the programmers to add new functions, and skins to personalize the aspect it shows. It allows navigation by tabs, now we are able to open more than one web page in a single window so that in our tasks bar we only see one application although we have open 25 pages simultaneously Web.
Like all program under development, it has undergone many changes until arriving at the present version. The things that it had to solve to make it easier to new users have been polished, for example the installation of plug-ins necessary to see Flash or Java. The project has reached maturity in its development. If you do not have it, what you are waiting for? It is free and opensource. You don’t lose anything by giving a try.

It's good to see people that have made "the change". I'm trying to convince some of my family and friends, but it's difficult. I don't know what they are afraid of.
